MCAM was overexpressed in OS tissues and cells. (A) The mRNA level of MCAM in OS tissues and normal tissues was detected by qRT-PCR. (B) The overall survival of OS patients in Low expression group and High expression group was analyzed. (C) The expression of MCAM in OS patients with positive or negative lymph node metastasis was determined by qRT-PCR. (D) The mRNA expression of MCAM in OS patients in TNM grades III or I+II was determined by qRT-PCR. (E) The protein level of MCAM in OS tissues and normal tissues was measured by western blot.
