SNHG20 knockdown inhibits the proliferation and induces the apoptosis of DLBCL cells. (A) U2932 and OCI-LY3 cells that were transduced with a nontargeting shRNA (shNT) or shRNAs against SNHG20 (shSNHG20-1 and shSNHG20-2) were subjected to RT‒qPCR for analysis of SNHG20 expression. (B) The viability of DLBCL cells with or without SNHG20 knockdown was evaluated by using a CCK-8 assay. (C) The proliferation of DLBCL cells with or without SNHG20 knockdown was examined by using an EdU incorporation assay. (D) Differences in apoptosis were determined by using flow cytometry in DLBCL cells with or without SNHG20 knockdown. *P < 0.05
