SNHG20 overexpression facilitates DLBCL cell proliferation and apoptosis resistance. (A) U2932 and OCI-LY3 cells that were transduced with empty vector (EV) or a vector expressing SNHG20 (SNHG20) were subjected to RT‒qPCR for analysis of SNHG20 expression. (B) The viability of DLBCL cells with or without SNHG20 overexpression was evaluated by using a CCK-8 assay. (C) The proliferation of DLBCL cells with or without SNHG20 overexpression was examined by using an EdU incorporation assay. (D) Differences in apoptosis were determined by using flow cytometry in DLBCL cells with or without SNHG20 overexpression. *P < 0.05
