SNHG20 regulates the β-catenin abundance in DLBCL cells. (A) Total RNA was isolated from the nucleus and cytoplasm of U2932 and OCI-LY3 cells and subjected to RT‒qPCR for analysis of SNHG20, β-actin and U6 expression. (B) GSEA of the differentially expressed genes between SNHG20-high and SNHG-low DLBCL tissues represented in the TCGA database. (C) U2932 and OCI-LY3 cells that were transduced with a nontargeting shRNA (shNT) or shRNAs against SNHG20 (shSNHG20-1 and shSNHG20-2) were subjected to immunoblotting for analysis of β-catenin expression. (D) U2932 and OCI-LY3 cells overexpressing USP14 were transduced with shNT or shSNHG20-1. The protein levels of β-catenin and USP14 were measured via western blotting. *P < 0.05
