The panels EH represents the flow cytometric evaluation of the potential for ROS scavenging in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells for E 200 mM taurine, F 15 mM homocysteine, G 0.5 mM vitamin B12, and H 0.5 mM ascorbic acid. In the plots non-treated, unstained inactive macrophages are shown as negative control (NS) and the activated macrophages are shown as positive control (PC). The 0.5 mM ascorbic acid standard has been represented in the graphs as VC. The results are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 3)
