STEAP3 knockdown inhibits tumor metastasis. (A) The nude mice were administered stable transfectants to construct metastasis models. In vivo imaging was employed to assess the metastasis of LUSC in nude mice. (B) At the conclusion of the animal experiments, the nude mice were euthanized, and the lungs and livers were obtained from each animal for subsequent analysis. The number of metastatic nodules in the lungs and livers was determined through histological examination using H&E staining. Scale bar represents 250 μm. (C) The protein levels of STEAP3 in metastatic tumor tissues were quantified by western blot analysis. β-actin was employed as the internal control.
