Boanmycin enhances the inhibitory effect of BTZ in multiple myeloma cells. (A) The relative viability of U266B1 and MM.1 S cells treated with different concentrations of BTZ and boanmycin for 48 h was determined. (B) Western blot analysis was conducted on PARP, cleaved PARP, cleaved caspase 3 and cleaved caspase 7 proteins after the cells were treated with BTZ and/or boanmycin for 48 h. α-Tubulin was used as a control.
