(A) The cell viability assay was conducted to evaluate the sensitivity of RPMI 8226-Res and U266B1-Res cells, as well as the corresponding parental cell lines to BTZ. (B) The inhibitory effects of boanmycin on BTZ-resistant MM cells were assessed through CFSE staining. (C) Colonies were photographed and (D) counted after incubation of RPMI 8226-Res and U266B1-Res cells with different concentrations of boanmycin for 15 days.
