Heatmaps of the differential analysis results in relation to the iron metabolism and inflammation functions. The heatmap depicts fold changes between co-twins for the significant differentially expressed proteins/glycopeptides for the two main functions identified i.e. iron metabolism and inflammation. The colors of the heatmap indicate the strength of the fold changes i.e. red indicates higher values in heavier co-twins and blue lower values in heavier co-twins. p < 0.05 was considered significant, * p < 0.05
